Delays in providing requested materials, feedback, or access may affect project timelines and deliverables. SCALOREX is not responsible for delays caused by client unresponsiveness.
All content on the SCALOREX website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of SCALOREX and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
You retain full ownership of your original content (videos, branding, channel assets). By engaging our services, you grant us a limited license to use your content solely for the purpose of delivering our services.
Upon full payment, all custom deliverables (thumbnails, edited videos, graphics) created specifically for your channel become your property. SCALOREX retains the right to showcase deliverables in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes but is not limited to:
